Assistant Intake Manager

Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an Assistant Intake Manager to support the Intake Department and Partner in charge. The Assistant Intake Manager will collaborate with team members to support the Partners and firm clientele. This position reports directly to the Intake Manager and requires strong interpersonal, sales, communication and management skills, as well as high proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.), resourcefulness, the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Assistant Intake Manager will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, while having fun, be empathetic but persuasive.

Responsibilities

 Job duties will include: 

  • Drive new revenue growth 
  • Responsible for managing the processes of onboarding new clients and evaluating incoming streams of claims and potential clients both on the phone and in person 
  • Follow up with clients in a timely manner 
  • Ability to counsel clients 
  • Maintain superb communication with all clienteles, the Partnership, and Intake team 
  • Manage overflow of on-call, in-office, and afterhours 
  • Manage a small team of Intake Specialists’ 
  • Ability to handle evening and weekend Intakes when necessary 
  • Teach, train, and develop Intake team 
  • Master current and new firm systems 
  • Develop procedures and protocol in terms of Intake 
  • Ability to travel, as needed 
  • Develop and implement internal and external process docs 
  • Maintain data integrity and management of CRM 
  • Additional projects, as assigned 

Qualification Requirements

 The Assistant Intake Manager candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree along with 2+ years of business development, sales, and legal experience. This position is located in the San Diego office.
