Brian Colón, Managing Partner at Singleton Schreiber's legal offices in New Mexico, and Knut Johnson, Senior Counsel in San Diego, was recently featured in KFox14's article, "Attorneys Rally Sunland Park Community for Legal Action Against CRRUA" which discusses the town hall held by Singleton Schreiber for Santa Teresa and Sunland Park, New Mexico residents after eight residents joined an environmental litigation suit against the Camino Real Regional Utility Authority (CRRUA) over the presence of elevated arsenic levels in their water supply since 2012.
"This should've never happened to this community, If you are not yet a client, but you've been on the CRRUA system, we'd be honored to represent you" said Mr. Colon.
All attorneys in the suit assured residents that they could join the lawsuit at no cost, with the attorneys only being paid a third of any earnings if they win.
"The single most important thing is just to get you clean water," said Mr. Johnson
