The New York Times recently featured Ryan Crosswell, Of Counsel at Singleton Schreiber, in an article titled “Justice Department Veterans Testify to Political Pressure Under Trump”. The article covers a congressional hearing where former Justice Department officials testified about political interference and the erosion of institutional norms within the agency.
Crosswell, formerly a prosecutor in the DOJ’s Public Integrity Section, shared powerful testimony on the dismantling of critical oversight functions within the department.
“The public integrity section has protected the American people against abuses of power for nearly 50 years,” Crosswell said, “but it was nearly eliminated in an hour.”
We’re proud to have Ryan on our team, bringing his unwavering dedication to public accountability and ethical service to Singleton Schreiber.
