A child sexual abuse lawsuit has been filed in Alameda County, CA by Brett Schreiber, Partner at Singleton Schreiber, against the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS). The plaintiff alleges she was pulled from Bible study to be sexually abused, with knowledge from other church leaders, between 2000 and 2001.
