Gerald Singleton, managing partner at Singleton Schreiber, was recently featured in an AOL.com article, "Man sues BNSF Railway" on January 31st, 2024 which covered the Tunnel 5 Fire and the ongoing lawsuit against BNSF Railway by Lance Brooks, alleging that BNSF was negligent in operating an aging train and was the cause of the fire. "The irresponsible actions of BNSF Railway jeopardized lives, destroyed homes and exhausted the resources of the entire surrounding region,” said Gerald Singleton.
