Overview
Wrongful Death
Many of California’s wildfires, like the most recent Orange County Airport Fire and Ventura County Mountain Fire, lead to deaths that could have been avoided. Many people see wildfires as natural disasters, like volcanoes or earthquakes. In reality, many of the Golden State’s most recent fires have been sparked negligence on the part of utility companies that don’t properly maintain power lines and transformers. These deaths are often wrongful simply because they could have been avoided.
Singleton Schreiber is ready to help you and your loved ones. We have a team of experienced San Diego wrongful death attorneys, Sacramento wrongful death lawyers, and Santa Rosa, CA wrongful death attorneys.
