Overview
Boris L. Zhadanovskiy is Counsel on Singleton Schreiber’s Environmental Litigation & Policy Team, where he advocates for communities and individuals harmed by corporate negligence, pollution, and environmental contamination. With over seven years of litigation experience, Boris is dedicated to holding polluters accountable and ensuring justice for those affected by environmental hazards.
Boris has extensive experience in litigating medical malpractice, personal injury, insurance, and wrongful death cases. He has managed legal teams and handled cases from client intake through trial, litigating in both state and federal courts. He has spearheaded complex discovery, e-discovery, mediation, and multi-party negotiations, always advocating on behalf of injured victims. His legal experience includes serving as a Law Clerk and completing clinical internships with the Federal Public Defender’s Office and other legal institutions. He also interned for The Honorable Donald M. Middlebrooks of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Boris earned his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was awarded the CALI Award of Excellence at the Community Law & Business Clinic, participated in the Litigation Clinic, and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Management, magna cum laude, from Florida State University, where he competed with the Florida State University Cycling Team.
Boris has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers as a “Top 40 Under 40” Civil Plaintiff attorney from 2019 to 2024 and was named to Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in 2023. His professional affiliations include serving as Vice Chair of the Young Lawyers Board of the Palm Beach County Justice Association in 2022, as well as membership with the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Justice Association, the Florida Justice Association, and he has been a lifelong inductee in the Million Dollar/Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum since 2018.
Boris is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, the Southern District of Florida, and the Middle District of Florida, with admission to the Colorado Bar pending.
