Before joining Singleton Schreiber, Elizabeth served as Senior Litigation Counsel for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), where she led investigations and litigation on behalf of consumers, including leading expert strategy and being the primary drafter of the complaint filed in CFPB v. She also worked at AARP Foundation, where she led impact litigation efforts and helped secure significant settlements for clients in class actions and cases focused on consumer protection, housing, employment discrimination, and disability discrimination. Elizabeth began her career as an associate at a plaintiffs class action firm, where she focused on securities fraud litigation and shareholder suits, and held public companies accountable for misleading investors

Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from American University Washington College of Law. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in Sociology and Criminology, from the University of Florida, where she graduated as valedictorian of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
