Overview

Jonna Lothyan is a member of our Motions, Writs, & Appeals practice group. An accomplished litigator and appellate attorney, she began her practice with one of the nation’s largest defense firms. Ms. Lothyan has successfully handled appellate cases at all levels of the judiciary. She is also an experienced litigator who has tried several cases to verdict and managed cases in both state and federal court through all phases, including pre-litigation evaluation, investigation, discovery, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial.

After earning a B.A. in psychology from Chapman University, Ms. Lothyan attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where she graduated, cum laude, in 2014. Super Lawyers recognized Ms. Lothyan as a “Rising Star” in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.
