Tyson Gamble, Singleton Schreiber Photo

Overview

Tyson Gamble is counsel in our San Diego office and a member of our Mass Tort practice group. A seasoned civil litigator, Mr. Gamble has over 14 years of experience handling complex product liability and toxic tort cases for plaintiffs. He is a zealous advocate whose motivation to represent families harmed by toxic or defective products stems from personal experience — at a young age, he suffered the loss of two close relatives who were stricken with mesothelioma, a fatal and incurable cancer caused by exposure to asbestos.

With experience in cases involving asbestos, cosmetic talc, toxic products, and pharmaceuticals, Mr. Gamble has achieved multiple 7- and 8-figure settlements for his clients. He has tried cases in state and federal court in California, Washington, and Oregon and is a graduate of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles Plaintiff Trial Academy.

Mr. Gamble holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and political science, with a minor in history, from the University of Washington. He earned his law degree at Seattle University School of Law. He was recognized as a Rising Star by Southern California Super Lawyers in 2022. In his free time, Mr. Gamble enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughters.
