Overview

Damon J. Hudson is a member of our Personal Injury and Wrongful Death practice group in our New Mexico offices. Because he understands the devastating physical, emotional, and financial impact that a medical malpractice or personal injury can have on an individual and their family, Mr. Hudson is fiercely committed to advocating for his client’s rights and pursuing justice for them. He is a native New Mexican residing in Santa Fe, and practices throughout the state.

Before joining Singleton Schreiber, Mr. Hudson worked as an associate attorney for several years at two law firms in Santa Fe. He graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law, after earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of New Mexico.

Mr. Hudson served as the 2023 chair of the New Mexico Young Lawyers Division after previously chairing its Wills for Heroes program and its Ask-A-Lawyer Call-in Day program. He was a member of the Board of Bar Commissioners and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Abrazos Family Foundation.

Mr. Hudson is admitted to practice in the state of New Mexico.
