Jen Scott is counsel in Singleton Schreiber’s Fire Litigation group. Her practice is focused on wildfire litigation, and she represents victims throughout California, Oregon, and New Mexico.

Jen has significant experience in antitrust and competition law, specifically in financial product manipulation. Before joining Singleton Schreiber, Jen worked for an Am Law 100 firm, where she primarily focused on pursuing and maximizing claims in complex antitrust settlements on behalf of a broad range of national and international corporations.Ā  Jen has assisted clients with achieving recovery through litigation, negotiation, and pursuit of claims.

She also serves as a board member of a San Diego literacy non-profit, Juvenile Court Book Club. Juvenile Court Book Club (JCBC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that operates volunteer-run, innovative literacy programs in San Diego’s youth detention facilities. Since 1996, JCBC volunteers have collaborated with Court School employees and the San Diego County Probation Department to provide students who are wards of Juvenile Court to share books, develop reading skills, and meet new people. This non-profit supplies books, organizes book clubs, and provides tutoring for children who are detained pre- disposition or attending post-detention schools.

Jen began volunteering in the book club at the Girls Rehab Facility in 2012 and soon after joined the book selection committee. She joined the board in 2012.

Jen is a San Diego native. She enjoys hiking with her family, cooking, and reading. Jen performs work on a pro bono basis, including matters involving domestic violence and adoptions. Jen is a board member of a local literacy non-profit, Juvenile Court Book Club.
